Additionally, product colours may differ slightly from those shown in images on our Website.

  • You do not need to create an account to purchase products from Ouch and Soothe.

  • You can purchase products on our Website using credit cards and PayPal. We use WIX for payment processing.

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Shipping

  • All prices listed are in GBP (£).

  • We offer free shipping within the UK for purchases greater than £30.  Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays once the item has been dispatched.

  • Shipping outside the UK costs £12.50.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been dispatched, subject to applicable laws.

  • We offer a 45-day return policy for unused products, with a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
